摘要
为筛选貉源犬瘟热毒株,从取皮期乌苏里貉肺脏中收集巨噬细胞,通过ELISA试验筛选阳性样本,用Vero细胞分离培养,获得1株貉源犬瘟热病毒。提取RNA进行RT-PCR和F基因测序分析鉴定,结果证明,该毒株确为犬瘟热病毒,命名为CDV/R-20/12。为下一步的貉源犬瘟热疫苗的研究与制备奠定了基础。
In order to sift Canine Distemper strains from the raccoon dog, macrophages were collected from the lungs of the racoon dog lungs during peeling the pelt. Positive samples were screened by ELISA assay. We applied the cell culture technique to isolate a Canine Distemper virus strain. The virus was identified as Canine Distemper virus by F gene RT-PCR amplification and sequencing analysis and was named called CDV/R-20/12. The experimental results of the strain can be used for the research of Canine Distemper vaccine for raccoon dog and lay the foundation for it.
