摘要
本文用轴对称横向磁场(TM)模型的矢量磁位的外部区域边界积分方程,结合阻抗边界条件,得到了描述无心感应熔炼炉电磁场问题的边界元方程。根据熔炼金属液面的平衡条件,提出了确定熔炼金属表面形状的边界元迭代算法。运用这一算法进行了实例计算,计算结果与模拟实验所测量的结果十分吻合。对2t工频熔铝炉的计算,也得到了比文献更接近于实测数据的结果。
The boundary element equations, represented by the magnetic vector potential in exterior region of an axisymmetrical transverse magnetic model and combined with the impedance boundary condition formulation,for electromagnetic field problems in coreless induction meting furnace are direved.The boundary element iterative procedure to predict the shape of molten metal free surface is developed by fulfil ling the equilibrium condition of the surface. The algorithm is applied to calculate the free surface contours of metal in a laboratory scale crucible furnace and the results showing excellent agreement with the measured value are presented.As a practical application,a 2 t crucible furnace with aluminium metal is considered and the computed results conform more closely to the measured value than those in the published literature.
