摘要
随着计算机网络犯罪日趋严重化、高明化,传统的取证手段和惩治犯罪的方法已不适合时代的发展。文章阐述了新时代电子取证技术发展的重要性和迫切性,介绍了电子取证的流程和相关技术,提出了计算机取证知识应进入高校课堂以及司法机关应与相关研究机构合作等观点。
As comuter network crime is becoming increasingly serious and popular, tranditional forensic means have been unale to meet the needs of the new era. This paper points the importance and urgency of electronic forensics, introduces the process and the needed technology for electronic forensics, and also presents the viewpoint that the electronic forensics knowledge should be included into the university lessons and the judiciary should cooperate with relevant research institutions.
