广西农村科技信息服务建设研究

Research on the construction of rural science and technology information service in Guangxi

广西农村科技信息服务建设已取得了一定成效,但还存在着信息服务平台集成度不够、综合性不强、农村科技信息技术及服务资源布局不平衡、产业信息服务应用程度较低等问题。作者认为,广西农村科技信息服务建设应紧紧围绕科技推进新农村建设和推动农业产业发展这一主线,全面整合广西涉农科技信息服务平台,重点提升服务系统互联服务,产业服务能力,建设覆盖面广,高效运转的服务体系,面向农业特色产业开展应用示范与推广。

Rural science and technology information service in Guangxi has achieved some success,but there is not enough information service platforms integrated,comprehensive and not strong,rural science and technology and information technology and services resource distribution imbalance,low level of industrial information service applications and other issues.The author believes that the construction of Guangxi rural science and technology information service should focus on science and technology to promote a new rural construction and promote the agricultural industry development the main line,fully integrated agriculture-related science and technology information service platform in Guangxi,focusing on improving service systems interconnection services,industrial services capabilities,building coverage,and efficient operation of the service system,facing the agricultural characteristics of the industry to carry out demonstration and promotion.
