企业文化是一个企业的价值观,是在企业长期生产经营和改革发展的实践中逐步形成的,并被绝大部分员工认同的价值观念。但从世界范围看,对企业文化的认识是各抒己见,对如何建设企业文化也很难形成单一的方法路径,这是因为企业文化建设有它的特殊性和自身独特的规律,可以说是一项复杂的过程。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,如何建设属于自己企业独特的先进文化,从而引领企业的长期健康发展,这是每一个企业都需要认真探索实践的问题。
