胸腺肽治疗尿路感染等疾病同时改善患者失眠的疗效观察

Effect of thymopeptide in patients with urinary tract infection accompanied insomnia

目的评价胸腺肽对伴有失眠症状患者的睡眠改善作用。方法 62例有应用胸腺肽指征,同时伴有失眠的患者纳入研究。给予胸腺肽50 mg,隔日一次肌注,疗程2～3个月。记录治疗前后患者夜间总睡眠时间、入睡时间、夜醒次数、醒后再次入睡时间。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)比较患者治疗前后睡眠状况。记录不良反应。结果 62例伴有失眠患者的改善失眠总有效率为80.65%。各项睡眠观察指标(夜间总睡眠时间、入睡时间、夜醒次数、醒后再次入睡时间),及PSQI评分治疗前后相比,差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究中未见过敏性休克等严重不良反应。结论胸腺肽有助于改善伴失眠患者的睡眠质量,相关机制有待进一步研究。

Objective To evaluate the effect of thymopeptide in the insomnia patients. Methods Sixty-two patients who applied thymopeptide and accompanied with insomnia were intramuscular injected with thymopeptide 50 mg qod. The course of the treatment was 2--3 months. To record the total time of night sleep, the time enter to sleep, the wake times at night, and the time after wake and then go to sleep again before and after treatment. Scale of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） was used to compare sleep before and after treatment. Adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate was 80.65%. The index of sleep （the total time of night sleep, the time enter to sleep, the wake times at night, and the time after wake and then go to sleep again） and the score of PSQI were compared and the differences before and after treatment were highly significant （P〈0.01）. Conclution Thymopeptide may become an effective medicine for insomnia. The mechanism of thymopeptide for insomnia needs to be thorough researched.
