摘要
为了将不同特质的人员安置到各自合适的工作岗位上去 ,人工神经网络中的约束满意模型被用来解决这个问题。该模型中的每一个结点都代表一个假设 ,各结点间的联结权重代表了各个假设之间的约束 ,同时 ,对于每一个结点都可以有来自外界的输入 ,必要时还可以为网络设置一定的偏置值。模拟实验的结果表明
The constraint satisfaction model of artificial neural network has been applied in personnel placement Every node in the model represents a hypothesis, the connection weight between nodes represents the constraint It could have input for every node from outside, and could set bias values for the network if it is necessary The simulation experiment shows that this model can get the personnel placement plan which satisfies all the constraints in maximal degree
