Graduation design（thesis）is the final and most important practical links of undergraduate teaching plan.It is a good measure to train students＇ abilities of using the knowledge to analyze and resolve the problem ex tensively,and an important content of professional teaching quality evaluation.A view was pointed out in this pa per that goal and requirement and reverse guidance models of a student-centered,teacher-subordinate method were the core work of completing graduation thesis.Main factors affecting graduation design（thesis） quality were analyzed.The importance of teaching staff was expounded.This paper could provide some reference for guidance work of the undergraduate thesis.
