不同类型体力活动与缺血性脑卒中的相关性研究

A case-control study on the relationship between ischemic stroke and different styles of physical activity

目的探讨不同类型体力活动与缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法运用病例对照研究的方法,将146例缺血性脑卒中患者作为病例组,156名非脑血管疾病居民作为对照组,运用多因素非条件Logisitic回归模型分析不同类型体力活动与缺血性脑卒中的相关性。结果多因素非条件Logistic回归分析提示,与闲暇时间体力活动不活跃居民比较,闲暇时间体力活动活跃居民的OR=0.042(95%CI:0.011～0.158),与交通行程体力活动不活跃居民比较,交通行程体力活动活跃居民的OR=0.181(95%CI:0.061～0.534)。结论在该调查人群中闲暇时间体力活动、交通行程体力活动可能与缺血性脑卒中相关。

Objective To study the relationship between ischemic stroke and different styles of physical activity. Methods One hundred and forty-six patients with ischemic stroke were included as the study group while 156 subjects without stroke were included in the control group. The relationship between ischemic stroke and different styles of physical activity was then analysed. Results Compared with the residents with inactive physical activity during their leisure time , the OR of the residents with active physical activity was 0.042 （95% CI：0.011～0.158）. The OR of the residents with active transportation physical activity was 0.181 （95% CI：0.061 ～0.534） as compared with the resident with inactive transportation physical activity. Conclusion Active physical activity and active transportation physical actvity might be related to ischemic stroke.
