摘要 利用物理喷束沉积技术在石英和ITO衬底上获得了MBB_PPV/C60 和MB_PPV/C60 组合薄膜 ,研究了聚合物特性和膜的结构对光电导的影响 .光电导和时间分辨荧光结果表明两种组合膜的光电导较纯的PPV和C60 有明显的增强效应 ,而且MBB_PPV/C60 的光电导优于MB_PPV/C60 .结果表明在PPV/C60 体系中存在着有效的激发传递过程 . MBB_PPV/C 60 and MB_PPV/C 60 composite films were fabricated by physical jet deposition technique and the effect of the film structure and the polymer on the photoconductivity of composite film were studied. Both composite films show the enhancement of the photoconductivity over the pure PPV and C 60, while the enhancement of the photoconductivity of MBB_PPV/C 60 film was found greater than that of MB_PPV/C 60 due to more efficient excitation transfer and charge transfer properties in MBB_PPV/C 60 multilayer film. The result of time-resolved photoluminescence further confirms the high efficiency of charge transfer process occurring at the interface between MBB_PPV and C 60 layers in the composite film.
