摘要
支原体可感染人、动物、植物及细胞等,给人类、动植物健康和科研工作带来不利影响,危害巨大。目前,研究人员开始从蛋白质水平阐述病原菌的致病机制,研发新型疫苗和药物,从而控制支原体疾病的发生与危害。本文将近年来的人和动物支原体蛋白质组学的研究方法和研究成果进行综述,以为今后更进一步的研究提供参考。
A large number of species can infect human being, animals, plants and even cultured cells, which often results in chronic adverse effects on health and influences the normal scientific research. Current advances in molecular biology and proteomies have greatly assisted in the understanding of the pathogenic mechanisms of pathogens. Proteomics may represent a useful approach of developing new vaccines and drugs for possible outbreak tracing and disease control. The aim of this review is to examine the current knowledge of proteomics in human and animal mycoplasmas that provide the reference for further research.
