摘要
某装甲钢垫板在进行水压矫正时发生开裂。利用光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜等测试手段,对开裂的装甲钢垫板进行断口分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析和硬度测定。结果表明,由于钢中奥氏体晶粒粗大,且存在沿奥氏体晶界析出的硼相,导致垫板在淬火时于直角处首先开裂,在随后的矫正过程中,垫板从起始处继续开裂,最终导致垫板开裂失效。
Cracking of an armored steel plate occurred during rectification by hydraulic press. The fracture surface,chemical composition,microstructure were analyzed by means of optical microscope and transmission electron microscope,and hardness test was carried out. Results show that the crack of steel plate initiates from quenching,due to austenite grain coarsening and precipitation of boron phases along austenite grain boundary,and the crack propagates to failure in the subsequent rectification process.
