This research report focuses to effect of human behavior on water envionment,analyses the action of human behavior in different developing historical periods and different space conditions.The aim is to construct a studying system of a regional human water environment in theory and put forward a policy foundation for water environment regulating and water resource administration in practice,including spirit,management and technology measure.
