摘要
介绍了自制的复合改性膨润土对阳离子染料染色废水的吸附絮凝特性,考察了pH值、反应温度、反应时间、复合改性膨润土用量、助剂、无机盐等因素的影响。结果表明,复合改性性膨润土对阳离子染料染色废水具有优异的吸附性能,以聚丙烯酸胺作助凝剂可使脱色率达99.9%,COD去除率达 93 %,污泥沉降比仅为 1~ 2%,并且具有沉降快、适应性强、操作简单、费用低廉等优点。
New composite modified bentonite was applied to the treatment of the dyeing wastewater of cationic dyes. The coagulation behavior of the flocculant was introduced. Influences of PH value, reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of the flocculant, dyeing auxiliary, as well as inorganic salt were explicitly investigated. It shows the composite modified bentonite used in 0. 04 % removes color and COD by 99. 9 % and 93 % from the dyeing wastewater of cationic dyes, the ratio of sludge sedimentation is only 1 - 2 %.
