摘要
:研究了20种棉、苎麻、粘胶及涤纶纯纺短纤纱达到饱和吸水后在一定的大气条件下的放湿规律.发现它们具有相似的放湿规律。利用二元线性回归的方法,找出了其饱和吸水量及放湿速率与其结构参数──细度和捻度之间的函数关系式,发现前二者分别与后两者呈非常好的指数函数关系。认为影响短纤纱放湿规律的主要因素是其结构参数。
In this paper, by studying the dehumidifications of twenty kinds of saturated staple yarns made of cotton, ramie, visco and polyester in a certain atmospherical condition. It has been found that they have a similar rule of dehumidification. With the help of multiple linear regression, the mathematic equations of the saturation and the rate of dehumidification with the fineness and twist of these twenty kinds of yarns have been obtained respectively. And the equatitions can reflect their relationships very well. So, the main factors that influence the dehumidifications of the staple yarns are their structural factors.
