摘要
电机综合设计程序能使计算机自动判断设计结果是否满足予先规定的要求,若不满足,会自动反复调整,直到满足为止,因此具有较大的实用价值。本文将电机综合设计问题转化为采用离散变量的无约束非线性优化问题,井提出用离散步长加速法来实现离散寻优。据此编制的程序对Y系列中不同机座号、不同极数、不同功率等级的30个规格的电动机采用各种不同的初值进行综合设计时,均能迅速找到满足要求的合格方案。
The synthesis design program of electric machines can make the computer auto- matically judge whether the design result satisfies the demands predefined. If the demands are not satisfied, it can automatically regulate the design again and again till the all demands are satisfied. So it has more practical value. This paper transfers the synthesis design program of electric machines to nonrestraint nonlinear optimal prob- lem applying discrete variables,and develops using the discrete Hook-Jeeves method to realize searching optimal point discretely. When the program was used to design Synthetically thirty-rating motors in series Y with.different frame number, pole num- ber and power, and different initial values were applied, the qualified schemes satis- fied the all demands can be obtained rapidly.
