血尿酸与扩张型心肌病患者心功能关系研究

Correlation between Serum Uric Acid and Cardiac Function in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者血尿酸(SUA)水平与心功能关系。方法对笔者医院212例DCM患者行彩色多普勒超声检查,并检测SUA及NT-ProBNP的水平。结果 NYHAⅡ、Ⅲ与Ⅳ级患者SUA分别为322.75±95.95、419.75±107.210和559.48±139.34μmol/L,各组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SUA水平与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.244,P<0.01),与NT-ProBNP呈正相关(r=0.324,P<0.01),与LAD呈正相关(r=0.237,P<0.01),与LVDD呈正相关(r=0.402,P<0.01),而与RAD、RVD、IVSD、LVPWD之间无显著相关性。结论 DCM患者SUA与其心功能具有相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid （SUA） and cardiac function and myocardial remode- ling in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy （ DCM ）. Methods The cardiac functions of 212 DCM patients were assayed by color Doppler echocardiography and the level of SUA and NT - ProBNP were also detected. Results SUA in NYHA Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were （322.75 ±95. 955μmol/L） , （419.75 ±107. 210μmol/L） and （559.48 ± 139.34μmol/L） , respectively. Significance was observed between the three groups（P 〈0.05）.
