New Technology of Chemical Nickel Plating on ABS Plastic at Lower Temperature

摘要 提出了低温下在预先镀了铜的ABS塑料表面进行化学镀镍的新工艺。利用正交试验优化了化学镀镍液配方 ,通过加入添加剂 ,提高了镀液的稳定性并消除了镀层的应力。结果表明 :在温度 5 5℃ ,pH值9.3下施镀 ,装载量为 1dm2 /L时 ,镀速为 9.7μm/h ,镀层光亮 ,镀液稳定。 A new technology of chemical nickel plating on ABS plastic which has been plated with chemical copper at lower temperature was developed. A prescription of chemical nichel plating liguid was optimized by orthogonal tests. By adding additive, the stability of plating liquid was improved and the stress of plating was eliminated. The results show that: at the pH value of 9.3 and temperature of 55℃, the plating rate can reach 9.7μm/h when the loaded quantity is 1dm 2/L, the plating layer is bright and the plating liquid is stable.
