150例度洛西汀对老年慢性骨关节炎的临床效果观察

150 cases of duloxetine on elderly patients with chronic osteoarthritis clinical effect observation

目的:观察度洛西汀对老年慢性骨关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选择150例老年慢性骨关节炎患者进行随机分组治疗,研究组给予度洛西汀治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗,治疗过程中观察记录治疗前后两组患者的治疗效果并进行综合评分。结果:研究组综合治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),未发生严重不良反应。结论:度洛西汀治疗老年慢性骨关节炎具有较好的临床治疗效果和推广应用前景,对于其不良反应要密切关注,加强研究。

Obieetive To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of duloxetine on chronic osteoarthritis.Methods 150 cases of elderly patients with chronic osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment,study group were treated with duloxetine treatment,while the control group was given placebo treatment,to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups were recorded before and after treatment in the treatment process and the comprehensive score.Results The study group therapy was better than the control group（P〈0.05）,no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Duloxetine in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic osteoarthritis has good clinical therapeutic effect and application prospect,for its adverse reactions should pay close attention to,strengthen the research.
