分析心肌缺血预处理在心肌缺血损伤保护中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析心肌缺血预处理在心肌缺血损伤保护中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析进行治疗的初发性急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者临床资料,分为对照组与试验组,实施无创远端缺血预处理,对比两组患者在心肌缺血损伤保护中的作用。结果:研究组患者心肌梗死面积小于对照组,CK峰值和CK-MB峰值均低于对照组,并发症发生率低,死亡率低,各项数值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心肌缺血预处理对于心肌具有保护作用,能够显著降低心肌梗死面积,减少并发症发生率和死亡率,临床应用价值较高。
