120例脾破裂B超诊断分析

Analysis of 120 cases of splenic rupture B ultrasound diagnosis

目的:探讨B超在外伤性脾破裂中的诊断价值,提高超声检查对脾破裂的诊断。方法:对120例经B超声检查和手术证实外伤性脾破裂病例进行回顾性分析。结果:B超诊断117例,B超诊断符合率为97.7%。结论:超声对睥破裂进行检查不仅方便、迅速、经济、无损伤,而且准确,可作为脾破裂的首选影像学检查方法。

Objective To investigate the value of B ultrasound in diagnosis of traumatic splenic rupture,enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of splenic rupture.Methods 120 patients with B ultrasound and confirmed by operation of traumatic rupture of spleen were analyzed retrospectively.Results 117 patients were diagnosed by B ultrasound,B ultrasound diagnostic accordance rate was 97.7%.Conclusion Ultrasound on eyelid rupture were examined,rapid,economic,convenient and accurate,noninvasive,first test image can be used as the rupture of spleen.
