人工髋关节置换术后感染的临床分析

Analysis of clinical experience hip arthroplasty infection

目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术后感染的临床经验。方法:对实施人工髋关节置换术治疗后发生术后感染的13例患者的治疗方法及结果进行分析。结果:13例均获得随访。Harris评分:术后除1例仍卧床外,平均95分,可以生活自理。结论:对于人工髋关节术后感染的患者要认真分析其原因及治疗方法,才能够提高翻修的成功率。

Objective To explore the clinical experience of infection after hip arthroplasty.Methods To analyse the infection of the implementation of artificial hip joint replacement for the treatment of the 13 cases after treatment patients and the results.Results 13 patients were followed up for.Harris score：after the operation 1 cases still in bed,an average of 95 points,can live by themselves.Conclusion For patients with the infection after total hip arthroplasty to carefully analyze the reasons and treatment methods,to improve the success rate of revision.
