护理干预在36例消化道溃疡患者中的应用效果分析

The analysis of the application effect for nursing intervention in 36 cases of peptic ulcer patients

目的:探讨护理干预对消化道溃疡患者的疗效影响。方法:将36例消化道溃疡患者随机分为护理干预组和对照组,每组18例,其中干预组采用针对性的护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理措施护理,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和并发症情况以及随访3个月后的复发率和再次手术率。结果:治疗后干预组的总有效率为88.89%,对照组为77.78%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的复发率为5.55%,并发症发生率为11.11%,再次手术率为0.00%,对照组患者分别为16.67%、22.22%和5.55%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对消化道溃疡患者采用有针对性的护理干预,能显著提高临床治疗效果,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the curative effect of nursing intervention on patients with peptic ulcer.Methods 36 cases of peptic ulcer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,and 18 cases in each group.The intervention group was taken with targeted nursing interventions,and the control group received Conventional care measures for care.The clinical effect and complications,as well as follow-up three months after the recurrence rate and reoperation rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the intervention group was 88.89% and 77.78% in the control group,the two groups had significant differences（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in the intervention group was 5.55%,the incidence of complications was 11.1 l%,and the reoperation rate was 0.00%.The rates in the control group patients were 16.67%,22.22% and 5.55%,respectively.There were significant differences in the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of targeted nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer can significantly improve clinical outcomes and reduce the relapse rate.
