228例布-加综合征血管造影表现

Angiographic Findings of 228 Cases of Budd-Chiari Syndrome

目的分析布-加综合征(BCS)的数字减影血管造影(DSA)的表现,为BCS的诊断和选择合适的治疗方法提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性分析的方法收集我院的228例BCS患者病例资料,分析其DSA表现。结果患者中下腔静脉隔膜型29例,节段型184,肝静脉型10例,混合型5例。DSA图像特征:下腔静脉或肝静脉梗阻,不同分型表现不一。结论 DSA能够清晰显示下腔静脉及肝静脉的部位和范围,认识这些表现有助于对BCS的分型及治疗方式的选择具有重要意义。

Objective To analyse the performance about digital subtraction angiography（DSA） of Budd-chiairi syndrome（BCS） in order to provide a reference to diagnosis methods of BCS and selection of the fine way of cure for BCS. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 228 patients with BCS and DSA of its signs were analysed. Results All the 228 cases were composed of membrane of inferior vena cava type in 29 cases, segmental obstruction of the inferior vena cava type in 184 cases,hepatic vein obstruction type in i0 cases and mixed type in 5 cases. Image feature of DSA shown inferior vena cava obstruction or hepatic venous obstruction,different types had different performance. Conclusion DSA was special and accurate in the location and extent of the inferior vena cava and hepatic vein, which is of important clinical significance in the classification of BCS and effective treatment.
