一种新型酶激活漂白牙膏的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 背景:为了减少漂白的不良疗效,人们主要集中于对新产品的研究。此项研究评估了一种新型酶激活牙膏的漂白疗效。材料与方法:20名志愿者,使用含5%乳过氧化物酶和3%过氧化脲的牙膏漂白21d以上,3/d,每次2min。使用分光光度计记录治疗前后牙齿的颜色。采用配对t检验计算治疗前后颜色差异(P〈0.05)。结果:治疗后牙齿的亮度更高(P〈0.001),治疗前后平均色差值为5.14。治疗前后上颌中切牙比侧切牙和尖牙亮度更高,更倾向于绿色和蓝色:下颔中切牙与侧切牙和尖牙相比也出现同样效果。结论:使用低浓度酶激活过氧化脲牙膏漂白牙齿是有效的,这种牙膏需要牙刷涂敷,短时曝光即可。临床意义:酶激活牙齿漂白剂能增强低浓度过氧化物漂白效能,降低其对口腔组织的潜在危害。
