水飞蓟素在慢性肝炎治疗中的新认识及研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 黄酮木脂素(flavon01ignans)是一类新型的黄酮类化合物,是以黄酮和苯丙素类衍生物缩合而成的化合物。水飞蓟素(silymarin)是从菊科草本植物乳蓟(SilybummarianumLinn.Gaertn)的种子中提取得到的一类黄酮木脂素类化合物,是水飞蓟的主要活性成分,是由水飞蓟宾、水飞蓟宁、水飞蓟丁以及异水飞蓟宾等4种同分异构体的混合物组成的,其中主要的有效成分为水飞蓟宾。自古以来,不论是在欧洲还是亚洲,
