Analysis of Lymphotoxin-β Gene Transcription Level and Polymorphism in SLE Patients

目的 探讨ＬＴ－β在ＳＬＥ患者免疫调节紊乱中的作用。方法 ＰＢＬＲＮＡ斑点杂交测定ＬＴ－β基因转录水平；ＰＣＲ－ＲＬＦＰ法分析ＬＴ－β基因多态性。结果 ＳＬＥ中ＬＴ－β基因转录比正常对照显著增高（Ｐ〈０．０５）。未发现ＬＴ－β基因的ＸｈｏＩ有多态性。结论 提示ＬＴ－β参与ＳＬＥ的免疫调节紊乱。

Objective To discuss the effect of LT β in SLE inordinate immunoregulation.Methods The level of LT β gene transcription were determined with hybridization.The polymorphism of LT β gene were analyzed by PCR RFLP.Results Hybridization by using LT β DNA have showed significant difference between SLE and control groups ( P <0.05).In both groups,the PCR products of LT β gene 240?bp fragment were digested with XhoⅠ.Conclusion LT β should be involved in SLE inordinate immunoregulation.
