探通治疗成年人鼻泪管阻塞引起的泪溢

Probing as Treatment of Epiphore in Adults with Blocked Nasoldcrimal Ducts

目的 评价成年人鼻泪管阻塞初期用探针治疗的效果。方法 探通治疗鼻泪管阻塞引起泪溢的８０只眼，经随访６个月，做了回顾性研究。结果 ８０只眼中，１２只眼治愈，２３只眼好转，３７只眼有效，８只眼无效。结论 一次性探通治疗成年人鼻泪管阻塞初期，效果较好。

Objective To evaluate effect of probing as treatment of epiphore in adults with blocked nasolacrimal ducts in initial stage.Methods The results of probing in 80 eyes with epiphora due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction were studied retrospectively after a mean follow up of 6 months.Results During 80 eyes,12 eyes were restorative,23 eyes were better,37 eyes were efficacious,8 eyes were no avail.Conclusion It is good that probing as treatment of epiphore in adults with blocked nasolacrimal ducts in initial stage in only one time.
