Advancement of Lung Cancer for Surgical Therogy

肺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤，目前主张早期诊断、早期治疗。相应的扩大手术指征，对中、晚期患者，采用心包内处理肺血管或在体外循环下行部分左心房切除，并配合综合疗方案，使患者得到全理的治疗。

Lung cancer is a commonly happening malignant tumor,therefore,early diagnosis treatment and enlarged surgery were adopted.Pulmonary vessels performance or partiad left atriactomy under extrasystemic circulation are adopted mostly for early middle and late perods of patients in order for the radieal therapy of lung patients.
