大疱性类天疱疮外用糖皮质激素治疗的规范护理 被引量：9

摘要 目前治疗大疱性类天疱疮（BP）主要是系统使用大剂量糖皮质激素及细胞毒性药物。但该病患者年龄普遍较大，常伴有高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管和神经系统等多种疾病，有些患者死于长期大量系统使用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂引起的并发症。
