摘要
采用复合型催化剂,苯酚与甲醛物质的量比为1:(2.1~2.3)及特殊的合成工艺制得的快速固化酚醛树脂胶,具有毒性低和固化快的优点,当添加8%~10%固化剂后,用于制造胶合板,热压温度、热压时间与采用脲醛树脂胶相当,所压制的胶合板达到国标Ⅰ类胶合板。
PF resins with low toxicity and fast solidifying properties were prepared by using complex catalytic agent and advanced technology.The results showed that hot pressing temperature and time of the PF resins with 8%~10% curing agent were similar to those of comonly used UF resins.The properties of phywood met exterior grade specification.
