摘要
用孔雀绿定磷法测定在不同光照条件下 ,光敏胞质雄性不育小麦育性转换期叶片和幼穗中 G-蛋白的GTPase活性变化 .结果表明 :在 16 h/d光照 (L D)下 ,(牡山羊草 )白皮 2 2 4[(Aegilopsjuvenalis) baipi2 2 4]和 (牡山羊草 ) NPFP[(Aegilops juvenalis) NPFP]在光敏感期 ( )内 G-蛋白的 GTPase活性分别高出 10 h/d(SD)处理下的30 %和 6 0 % .光敏期后 ,幼穗的 GTPase活性也表现出 L D处理高于 SD处理 .这种差异表明 :G-蛋白的 GTPase活性变化与光敏胞质雄性不育小麦的育性转换有关系 .
Changes of GTPase activity of G proteins in the leaves and young panicles at the stages of the fertile transformation in photoperiod sensitive cytoplasmic male sterile wheats was measured by using determined inorganic phosphate with malachite green in the condition of different length of illumination. The result shows that the change of GTPase activity in wheat leaves is in the wave form at the different development stages. The GTPase activity of G proteins in leaves and young panicles of (Aegilops juvenalis)baipi 224 and (Aegilops juvenalis)NPFP is respectively 30% and 60% more under long illumination (LD) in Photoperiod sensitive stages than under short day(SD). At the meiotic mitosis stage, the GTPase activity of the young panicles is also higher under LD than SD. The difference of the GTPase activity demonstrates that the change of GTPase activity of G proteins is related to the fertile transformation in the photoperiod sensitive cytoplasmic male sterile wheats.
