摘要 大力发展环保产业是实施西部大开发战略进行生态环境保护和建设的产业支撑与保障 .在世界和我国环保产业及市场发展趋势、重庆环保产业发展有利条件进行系统分析的基础上 ,提出以知识型环保科技产业为先导、系统工程成套装备制造业为主体、大型科工贸综合环保企业集团为“龙头”、高新技术优化集成为关键、创造名牌拳头产品为核心、重大环保工程示范建设为突破口、建设环保综合交易市场为纽带 ,将环保产业发展成为重庆市重要的高新技术支柱产业、长江上游和西部地区环保产业发展中心 ,建成我国重要的、以大型烟气脱硫装置和垃圾焚烧炉国产化制造为特色的环保产业基地 . In the strategy of west development, developing greatly the environment protection industry (EPI) was the prop and safeguard to the protection and construction of ecological environment. After analyzing systemically the trend of EPI and market in China as in the world, and the advantage of developing EPI in Chongqing, it was put forward that EPI should be developing into the important newly devloped technological propping industry of Chongqing. And this made Chongqing become the center of developing EPI at the upper reaches of Yangtze river and the west area, and animportant base of EPI, which was charcacterizing as manufactunng the large\|size fume desulfurizing device and the refuse furnace made in China. During the course of constructing EPI in Chongqing, the intellectual science and technology industry of environment protection should be the guide. And the device manufacture of systematic engineering should be the principal part. The large\|size synthetically business conglomerate of science\|industry\|trade in environment protection should be the leader. The creation of famous brand and strong competitive products should be the core. The vital demonstration construction of environment protection engineering should be the breakthrough. The synthetically trade market construction of environment protection should be the tie.
