摘要
介绍采用PLC替代传统的继电器逻辑控制对钢管热镀锌的生产实现自动运行及故障处理 .阐述了控制系统硬件结构及程序设计的特点 .通过实际运行 ,该系统稳定可靠 。
The PLC is applicated in the steel tube galvanization process replace of traditional relay logic control to realize the automatic operation and fault treatment.And the hardware structure of the control system and the characteristics of programming design are stated.This system is provedto be steady and reliable in practice,getting satisfactory economic benefit.
