摘要
通过对人力资源开发的指标体系研究和各种预测方法的研究 ,建立一套科学的预测预警系统 .对人力资源开发的各个阶段做出准确判断和科学评价 。
In this paper the author builds a scientific forecast and early warning system of human resource development by setting up indices system and utilizing forecast approaches. The system can give the judge and valuation precisely of the each phase in human resource development to eliminate the waste of human resource.
