老年心力衰竭患者血胆红素水平的变化 被引量：2

摘要 研究发现,血红素氧化酶/一氧化碳-胆红素系统在临床上具有很重要的意义。血红素氧化酶把血红素分解成胆绿素和一氧化碳,那么,胆绿素在还原酶的作用下马上转化为胆红素〔1,2〕。过去一般都把血胆红素水平作为诊断肝胆系统疾病的指标。近年来,血红素氧化酶/一氧化碳-胆红素系统在心脏中所起到的保护作用倍受关注。而且,经过动物实验也证明了血红素氧化酶-1是一种热休克蛋白,
