摘要
雌激素对基质金属蛋白酶的影响十分复杂,不同的组织细胞中在不同的环境下,对不同基质金属蛋白酶的作用有抑制和活化两方面效应。另外,雌激素对基质金属蛋白酶的影响还分别体现在信使RNA、蛋白的表达和活化等不同层次。
Research has shown that the effect of estrogen on matrix metalloproteinase is very complicated. For ex- ample, the influence on different matrix metalloproteinases under different circumstances in different histiocytes is quite variabe. In addition, the effects can be observed on the levels of messenger RNA and the expression or the activation of proteins.
