我国禽蛋出口面临的质量安全问题研究

摘要 禽蛋产业作为我国农业的支柱性产业之一,在我国国民经济中占据着十分重要的地位。近年来,随着经济的快速发展和人们消费安全意识的提高,禽蛋产品质量安全问题也越来越受到社会关注。禽蛋产品质量不仅关系到我国禽蛋出口的国际竞争力,而且与消费者的健康和安全息息相关。基于探讨我国禽蛋生产过程中所面临的质量安全问题,提出加强饲料安全监管、建立禽蛋出口生产基地、改进传统的蛋品加工方法、提高洁蛋生产技术以及完善禽蛋产品质量标准体系等我国禽蛋产品质量安全问题控制措施。 Egg industry is one of the pillar industries of China' s agriculture. It occupies a very important position in China' s national economy. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and people' s safety awareness of consuming, the quality and safety issues of egg products are growing to be concerned by the society. The quality of egg products is not only related to our international competitiveness of the exports of eggs, but also closely related to the health and safety of consumers. Based on study of quality and safety problems during the production process of egg products, the article proposes some measures to control the quality and safety of egg products: strengthening feed safety supervision, establishing the eggs export production base, improving the traditional egg processing methods, developing the production technology of clean eggs and perfecting the quality standards system of egg products.
