Analysis on Capacity of Freight Transport Corridor of Xi’an Railway Administration and Its Optimization Suggestions

通过分析西安铁路局货运通道能力现状,针对线路通过能力不足、点线能力不匹配、机车老化与机力不足、既有线改造施工影响大和其他运输设备能力不足等问题,立足于货运市场需求和承担西北、西南通道运输的需要,从提高"软实力",优化运输组织工作;提高"硬能力",加快改扩建步伐两个方面,提出加强运输组织、加快路网建设、加速技术改造等挖潜增效和扩能增量的建议。

Through analyzing the capacity status of freight transport corridor of Xi＇an Railway Administration, targeting with the problems in deficient track passing capacity, mismatched station- track capacity, locomotive ageing and locomotive capacity deficiency, large influence of existing line reconstruction and deficient capacity of other transport equipments, by grounded on demand of freight transport market as well as needs of northwest corridor and southwest corridor transportation, from the aspects： increasing ＂soft capacity＂ to optimizing transport organization works; increasing ＂hard capacity＂ to accelerate reconstruction step, this paper puts forward some suggestions on exploring potential, increasing efficiency, expanding capacity and increasing transport volume, which contents including： strengthening transport organization, accelerating railway network construction and technical upgrading.
