摘要
对生产过程进行优化是缩短生产周期的重要途径之一。现有方法存在分析过程复杂、建模成本较高、精度较低、柔性不足以及工作量庞大等问题。基于本体论的生产过程建模方法定义了状态本体、条件本体和活动本体,建立生产过程的本体元模型。基于本体的生产过程模型为不同用户、开发者、系统环境、开发工具之间提供共同的概念和词汇,以便实现异构环境的集成和互操作。最后以轮轴为例,采用XML描述其生产过程本体模型。
The optimization of the production process is one of the important approaches to shorten the production period.The present methods have the disadvantages of the complicated analyzing process,the high cost,the low delicacy,the inadequate flexibility,and the large workload.In contrast,this ontological modeling defines the states ontology,conditions ontology,and activities ontology.This method constructs the ontological meta-modeling of the production process.It provides the same conception and vocabulary for different agents,developers,systemic environments,and developing tools.Thus,the heterogeneous environment can be integrated and operated.Lastly,taking axle for instance,its ontological model of the production process will be described with XML.
