摘要
对4UFD-1400型马铃薯联合收获机挖掘装置进行了设计,并以此为研究对象对其进行理论分析,用Pro/E软件建立其实体模型,并根据挖掘装置受力情况,利用ANSYS软件,对铲架及挖掘铲的变形进行有限元分析。根据分析结果,找出挖掘装置易产生损伤部位,为后续挖掘装置的优化设计提供理论依据。
With the digging device of 4UFD—1400 potato combine as subject of the research.Pro/E was applied to establish the solid model of the digging device.According to the stress state of digging device,adopted ANSYS software to analysis the deformation of the shovel rack and digging blade.Basing on the results,found the weak parts of the digging device.This paper provides some,which provided a theoretical basis for the optimized design of the digging device.
