不同女贞品种叶片生长性状及生理指标比较 被引量:4

A comparison on the leaf growth and physiological characteristics of four Ligustrum cultivars’seedlings

摘要 通过盆栽试验,对金禾女贞、女贞、金森女贞和高森女贞2年生苗叶片的生长性状及生理指标进行比较,结果表明:不同女贞品种叶长、叶宽、单株叶片数和单株叶面积存在极显著差异;叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率Fv/Fm、叶绿素相对浓度等生理指标存在显著差异;叶片中的可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量差异不显著。叶绿素浓度与光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)存在显著的正相关关系,GS与Pn、Fv/Fm、Tr存在显著的正相关关系。考虑单株叶面积、净光合速率和Fv/Fm等生长和生理指标,4个女贞品种中,金森女贞表现最优,女贞和高森女贞表现中等,金禾女贞表现最差。研究结果为了解女贞生长表现提供帮助。 Leaf growth and physiological characteristics of 2-years-old seedlings of 4 Ligustrum cuhivars planted in pots were studied. The results were shown as follows : Different Ligustrum cultivars had significant variance in leaf length, leaf width, leaf number per plant, leaf area per plant, net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, Fv/Fm, chlorophyll concentration. In addition, there were no significant difference in content of soluble protein and soluble sugar. Leaf chlorophyll concentration had significant positive relationship with Fv/Fm, net photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate. Stomatal conductance had significant positive relationship with Fv/Fm , net photosynthesis rate and transpiration rate. Considering the growth status and leaf physiological indexes, Ligustrum japonicum Thunb.‘Howardii' was the best cultivar, Ligustrum × Vicaryi Hort. was the worst, Ligustrum luciclum Ait. and Ligustrum lucidum ‘Excelsum Snperbum' were between them.
