不同饲料对蛇鳄龟生长影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在湛江自然温度下,分别用冰鲜鱼、水产配合粉料、水产膨化粒料3种饵料饲养蛇鳄龟289d,以研究饲料对蛇鳄龟生长的影响。结果显示,冰鲜鱼、配合粉料和膨化粒料组平均体质量分别由9.7g增加至168.6g、9.5g增加至269.5g、9.9g增加至359.0g,生长速度,膨化粒料组>配合粉料组>冰鲜鱼组;饵料系数,冰鲜鱼、配合粉料和膨化粒料组分别为6.42、3.69、1.92,冰鲜鱼组>配合粉料组>膨化粒料组,水产膨化粒料的饲料效率最高;蛋白质效率,冰鲜鱼、配合粉料和膨化粒料组分别为0.732、0.546、1.108,膨化粒料组>冰鲜鱼组>配合粉料组,水产膨化粒料的蛋白质吸收效率最高;单位增质量饲料成本,冰鲜鱼、配合粉料和膨化粒料组分别为32.08元、38.77元、23.99元,配合粉料组>冰鲜鱼饵料组>膨化粒料组水产膨化粒料成本优势明显。研究结果还证明了低温抑制蛇鳄龟的生长,3—11月,冰鲜鱼、配合粉料和膨化粒料组月平均增长率分别为64.6%、76.3%、100.6%;12-2月,三组的月平均增长率则分别为12.8%、35.3%、37.2%。因此,在推广蛇鳄龟规模化养殖中恒温下使用膨化颗粒饲料养殖较好。 Common snapping turtle Chelydra serpentina was fed frozen fish, formula feed, and extruded feed for 289 days at natural temperature in Zhanjiang, Fujian province in order to study the impact of feed on growth of the turtle. The results showed that the body weight was increased from 9.7g to 168.6g in the turtle fed the frozen fish, from 9. 5 g to 269. 5 g in the turtle fed the formula feed and from 9. 9 g to 359. 0 g in the turtle fed the extruded feed, on the average weight gain, the extruded feed group the formula feed group 〉 the frozen fish group, and on the food conversion ratio, the frozen fish group (6.42)% the formula feed group (3.69)% the extruded feed group (1.92). The feed costs were found to be as the following, on the unit weight gain, aquatic formula feed group (38.77 yuan) ~ frozen fish group (32.08 yuan); extruded feed group (23. 99 yuan). The results also showed that growth of the turtle was inhibited by low temperature, from March to November, the average monthly growth rate of 64.6% in the frozen fish group, 76.3% in the formula feed group, and 100. 6% in the extruded feed group. From December to February, however, the average monthly growth rate was dropped to 12.8% in the frozen fish group, 35. 3% in the formula feed group, 37. 2% in the extruded feed group, indicating that the extruded feed and constant temperature are suitable for the promotion of the turtle culture industry.
