以鱼粉和豆粕为主要蛋白源,鱼油为主要脂肪源,小麦粉为主要糖源,并补充无机盐和维生素等,配制出基础饲料。在基础饲料中分别添加0、0.5%乳源性益生元、0.1%丝兰提取物以及0.5%乳源性益生元+0.1%丝兰提取物制作出4种试验饲料,研究饲料中添加乳源性益生元、丝兰提取物对牛蛙生长性能的影响。每种饲料设置4个重复,每个水族缸(0.7m×0.4m×0.4m)放养20只牛蛙[初始质量为(42.27±0.10)g],每日饱食投喂2次,试验周期70d。试验结果表明,饲料中添加0.5%乳源性益生元对牛蛙生长性能、肠道胰蛋白酶和肝脏抗氧化酶活力无显著性影响(P>0.05),但显著降低了肠道淀粉酶活力(P<0.05)。饲料中添加0.1%丝兰提取物、0.5%乳源性益生元+0.1%丝兰提取物显著降低了饲料效率、蛋白质效率、肠道淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活力(P<0.05),对肝脏的抗氧化酶活力无显著影响(P>0.05)。
Bullfrog (Rana catesbeiana) with initial body weight of (42.27±0.10) g were reared in a 200-L tank at a rate of 20 individuals per tank, and fed four isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets (fish meal and soybean meal as protein sources, fish oil as the lipid sources, wheat meal as the carbohydrate sources, preminerals and previtamins) containing 0. 5% GroBiotic-A, 0. 1% Yucca schidigera extract, and the combination of 0. 5% GroBiotic-A and O. 1% Y. schidigera extract twice daily (08:00 and 18: 00) to satiation for 10 weeks. The results showed that no significant differences were found in the growth performance, activities of trypsin in intestine and antioxidant enzymes in the liver of bullfrog between the 0.5% GroBiotic-A group and the control group (P 〈 0. 05). However, there was significantly lower activity of amylase in intestinal in the 0.5% GroBiotic-A than that in the control group (P〈(0.05). The feed efficiency, protein efficiency ratio, and activities of amylase and trypsin in intestine were found to be significantly lower in the O. 1% Y. schidigera extract group and the 0. 5% GroBiotic-A + 0. 1% Y. schidigera extract group than those in the control group (P〈0. 05), no significant differences in the activities of antioxidant enzyme in liver (P〈0.05).
