摘要
为增强液压支架立柱的耐蚀性,基于复合电镀工艺在其表面电沉积Ni-Al2O3镀层,并以腐蚀速率为评价指标,对处理后立柱表面的耐蚀性进行评价。结果表明:复合电镀修复后立柱表面的腐蚀速率较处理前的大幅降低,但受电镀工艺条件的影响;施加适宜功率的超声波搅拌和低电流密度,有利于获得良好的修复效果。
In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of hydraulic support column,a Ni-Al2O3coating was electrodeposited on the column surface based on composite electroplating process,and the corrosion resistance of the treated column surface was evaluated with corrosion rate as indicator.The results show that the corrosion rate of the column surface repaired with composite electroplating is significantly lower than that of non-treated column surface,but affected by electroplating technological conditions;applying appropriate ultrasound agitation and low current density are helpful to obtain a good repairing effect.
