摘要
智能配电网规划中,合理的对分布式电源进行选址定容是至关重要的。在研究分布式电源规划基础上,建立以短路电流指标和电压稳定性指标为基础的目标函数。提出基于细胞膜机理改进粒子群算法,并应用于分布式电源的选址定容,使其在配电系统中达到最好的电压稳定及短路水平指数,并将提出的新算法应用于12节点系统和30节点系统,验证了算法的可行性。
In the intelligent distribution network planning,it is very important to select a reasonable location and optimal sizing for the distributed power supply.Based on the study of distributed power supply planning,the objective function is established on the foundation of the short-circuit current indicators and the voltage stability indicators.This paper proposes the cell membrane mechanism to improve the particle swarm algorithm,and then apply the algorithm to the location and sizing of the distributed generator placement,so as to achieve the best voltage profile stability and improve the short circuit level in a distribution system.According to the constraint conditions that the optimal location and the capacity of the distributed power,the proposed algorithm is applied to IEEE-12 system and IEEE-30 system,verifying the feasibility of the algorithm.
