农村电网低电压的三级联调治理技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 农村低电压治理是电力供电部门迫切需要解决的问题,使农村每一家都能正常用上合格的电力,是国家电网公司的社会责任。本中提出变电站、线路、配变电压三级联调技术,首先对控制方案进行建立电压检测网络,通过数据分析严格按照电压自上而下,无功自下而上的策略,提供完整的联调方案,提高电压质量,降低网损,并在工程实例中验证了其有效性,消除低电压现象。实践证明该三级联调低电压技术是一种有效的治理方法。 The governance of the rural low voltage power is the urgent need to address the problem of which the electricity supply sector.It is the social responsibility of State Grid Corporation that provided qualified power to every family of the rural.This paper proposed three levels of voltage regulating technology through substation,line and distribution substation,for the control program first to establish voltage detection network,through data analysis according to the following regulation strategy:voltage regulation from top to bottom and bottom-up regulation of reactive power,to provide a complete regulation program,the voltage quality is improved and the network loss is reduced,engineering examples verify its effectiveness.Practice has proved that the three levels regulation low voltage technology is an effective treatment method.Practice has proved that the three joint regulation low voltage technology is an effective treatment method.
