桥梁悬索损伤检测系统研究

摘要 桥梁悬索内部钢丝束的腐蚀和断丝会造成桥梁严重的安全问题。本文采用不间断检测控制技术,进行桥梁悬索损伤检测控制系统研究。使用C++ Builder6开发系统设计了检测系统,系统通过磁敏传感器获取漏磁信号,利用阈值滤波和峰值差超限法,进行局部损伤检测和定量评估。实验证明系统检测准确,操作方便,适合检测需求。 Internal corrosion of steel beam of bridge suspension cable and broken wires will cause serious security problems.In this paper,bridge suspension damage detection control system has been researched,with the uninterruptible detection and control technology,Use C++ Builder 6 development system the detect system is designed,the system through magnetic sensors for obtain magnetic flux leakage signals,using threshold overrun filtering and peak difference method local damage detection and quantitative assessment have been achieved.Experiments show that the system testing is accurate,easy to operate,suitable for testing needs.
