摘要
采用层次分析法和德尔菲法建立配电网建设项目后评价指标体系,对配电网建设进行客观、全面、合理的评价。对评价指标的构建原则、评价指标构建方法、后评价评分方法等进行了研究,以南方电网某供电局10 kV及以下配电工程为例,结合后评价指标体系,对项目进行了综合评价和打分,科学、公正、客观地反映了该项目建设的工程效果。
This paper adopts analytic hierarchy process and Delphi Method to establish the post project evaluation index system for distribution network and evaluates the distribution network construction objectively, comprehen- sively and reasonably. The paper also studies on the formulation principle of evaluation index, formulation method and scoring method of post evaluation. Taking the distribution project below 10 kV of a power supply bureau in southern grid as examples, the project is evaluated and scored with the help of evaluation index system, which re- fleets the project effect scientifically, fairly and objectively.
