两起主变有载调压开关异常原因分析及建议措施

Reason analysis and countermeasures of abnormality in the load voltage regulating switch of the main transformer

在常规的预防性试验中,发现220 kV两英站2号、3号主变直流电阻不合格,进而对有载调压开关进行吊检,发现主变有载调压装置触头出现烧蚀。针对此缺陷,通过对这两台主变的运行情况和外围故障情况进行分析,提出几点建议措施。

In the conventional preventive experiment, it is detected that the DC resistances of No. 2 and No. 3 main transformers in the two 220 kV stations off - grade. The load voltage regulating switch, therefore, is under inspec- tion, by which the contact of the switch is burnt. Aiming at the defect, this paper proposes countermeasures by the analysis of the operation and the external faults of the two main transformers.
